Joshua Clark, M.D.
Dr. Clark grew up in Greenwood, Arkansas. He became interested in medicine as a teenager while watching a family member beat childhood cancer. He received his education at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock. He completed his residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Fort Smith. 


Dr. Clark’s goal is to provide his hometown community with access to quality healthcare.  He believes that every patient deserves a primary care doctor who is dedicated to coordinating their medical care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Clark enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and two rambunctious Labradors. In his spare time, he likes tinkering with computers, creating 3D printed projects, and reading.

Laura L. Adams, M.D.
Dr. Adams was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She wanted to be a physician from a very young age, and her determination never wavered. Dr. Adams received her education from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock before completing a residency program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Fort Smith.


Dr. Adams is passionate about preventive medicine and improving health outcomes in aging patient populations. For that reason, she feels a strong connection with her geriatric patient population and works tirelessly to create care plans that optimize their health. Dr. Adams believes in the importance of science and evidence-based medical care.

When she is not at work, Dr. Adams enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and three spoiled dogs. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, and gardening.

Nathan Taylor, M.D.
Dr. Taylor comes to us from Alma, Arkansas. He received his education from Hendrix College, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Fayetteville before completing his residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Fort Smith. 


Dr. Taylor desires to improve the healthcare, resources, and outcomes of the community in which he grew up. He believes that everyone deserves access to quality medical care and that primary care providers are essential links in providing access in rural communities.

Outside of work, you will find Dr. Taylor spending quality time with his girlfriend and family. He enjoys working on cars, golfing, and hunting.

Jessica Kopacz, CNP
Jessica was raised in Mulberry, Arkansas. She was inspired to enter the medical field by her great love and respect for her grandmother, who was a nurse for many years. She received her education at Harding University and the University of Texas at Arlington. 


Jessica began her career in neurosurgery, but quickly discovered that her passion lies with family practice. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, and particularly likes seeing multi-generational families. Her goal is to make connections with her patients and create longitudinal, lifetime care plans. She believes that building relationships over time is the most effective way to deliver optimal medical care.

When she is not at work, you will find Jessica spending time with her Husband, son, and loyal dog, Charles. She enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and playing pickleball.
