Dr. Clark earned his Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at AHEC in Fort Smith, where he was Chief Resident. He has a passion for helping families in the River Valley and is very excited about the opportunity to open a family practice here. Dr. Clark is married with three children. He is very involved in his church where he serves as a deacon. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and tinkering with computers.
Amanda Day, APRN
Amanda received her Associate degree in Nursing from Westark Community College and went on to earn her Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Arkansas Tech University. She graduated in 2015 from Walden University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She is certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Amanda is married with two kids. She also has two naughty Yorkies that love her undivided attention. She loves spending time outdoors with family and friends and reading a good book by the water.
Carrisa Patrick, APRN
Carrisa became a nurse in 2006 upon graduating from National Park Community College. She then advanced her degree, graduating from Walden University with her Bachelor of Science in 2016 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018. She is licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Carrisa is married with two children. In her time away from work she enjoys going to the lake, snow skiing, and spending time with her family.
